Your initial idea was a great one and largely you have realised it in the final product. Admittedly you have gone over length but that is part of the learning process. You have clearly demostrated competence in techniques (M1), and made very positive contributions to the work (M2). You need to work on your evaluation a bit to get M3 - see the comment there.
